Let's Prepare together Indian Masala Chai With ESSENTIAL OIL FILLED - Pure, KURINJY Spices.
INGREDIENTS:
Masala: for 2 Cups of Tea
Cloves (lavang) - 2 pcs
Green Cardamom (choti elaichi) - 3 pcs
Black Pepper (kalimirch) - 2 pcs
Cinnamon (dalchini) - 1/2 inch sticks of 2 pcs
Nutmeg (jaifal) - 1 pinch Grated
CTC or Mixed Blend CTC Tea
1/2 inch - Fresh Ginger (with skin) throughly washed
Milk
Sugar
METHOD 1 :
Place multiply of mentioned qty Spices in a dry morter and pestle (मूसल)
Coarsely grind the spices (EXCEPT NUTMEG)
Then add Masala Mix into boiling water pan along with Ginger, Next, add a pinch of grated Nutmeg and boil the mixture for 2 - 3 minutes
Then add tea, milk and sugar to the mixture, and boil for another 2 - 3 minutes
Now, just strain and enjoy every sip of your Favourite Masala Chai with new Burst of FLAVOURS and filled with Goodness of Natural Essential Oil


METHOD 2 :
Empty the entire Chai-Masala pack in a slightly Heated flat Pan (DO NOT put on HEAT)
Coarsely grind the spices in a Grinder (add only 1/2 Nutmeg) and keep the rest for other usage
Add 1/2 teaspoon DIY Masala powder for 1 cup of tea, into boiling water pan along with Ginger, then boil the mixture for 2 - 3 minutes
Next, add tea, milk and sugar to the mixture, and boil for another 2 - 3 minutes
